Graeme spent a lot of time engaging with young people through various channels including the Scottish Youth Parliament and school visits. He hosted both Websters High School and Northmuir Primary School in Parliament and visited the High School of Dundee.

He supported a variety of campaigns in parliament including The White Ribbon Campaign which is a global movement of men and boys working to end male violence against women and girls. He also ‘Wore it Pink’ for breast cancer and met with Horseback UK.

In the constituency, he met with VAA, Angus Independent Advocacy and Graham from Kirrie Connections.

Graeme Dey is the the Member of the Scottish Parliament for Angus South Constituency.

Having worked for The Courier newspaper for 26 years, Graeme was elected to Holyrood in 2011.

In March 2023, Graeme was chosen by First Minister Humza Yousaf to be Minister for Higher and Further Education; and Minister for Veterans.
